GMTO Technical support ondersteuning | Helpdesk
Support complex malfunctions. Resolve malfunctions under own management. Keeping customer in own company. The Technical Support Helpdesk is only available in The Netherlands. The modern car, as we know it today, is packed with electronically controlled systems. These systems are connected to each other with so-called data networks. CAN bus, MOST and LIN communication are well known concepts in this respect. In addition, the electronics are linked to mechanical systems and in this way form measurement and control systems with associated electronic and mechanical failures. The car has become a complex machine. Despite having followed the training courses of GMTO and being well equipped with communication equipment and measurement diagnostic equipment, it can happen that certain failures are so complicated that they cannot be solved independently. The task of the Technical Helpdesk is to provide telephone support and advice to subscription holders in the event of complicated malfunctions in vehicles. The aim of telephone support is to provide solutions to vehicle malfunctions as quickly as possible in close cooperation with the subscribers. The percentage of faults solved is very high. The experienced helpdesk staff advise subscription holders from the unique GMTO database, with diagrams, measurement conditions and original documentation of almost all common vehicles. To assist you in such a situation we have set up the subscription technical support. This is a subscription with a duration of one year, which is tacitly renewed. The Technical Support Helpdesk is only available in The Netherlands.
GMTO Mobile Charging Station
Suitable for every company The GMTO mobile charging station is connected to an online portal. Here, the maximum load capacity can be adjusted to what is available in your company. This means that the charging station can be used within any company with a 380 volt connection. Can be used anywhere The GMTO mobile charging station is mobile and can therefore be used anywhere. Think of the workshop, showroom or parking lot. However, a 3-phase connection must be available (power current). No connection and installation costs With a fixed charging solution, for example a fixed charging station or wall charger, the installation & connection costs can be fairly high. The advantage of the Mobile charging station from GMTO: No installation & connection costs! 100% safe Safety comes first and that is why no concessions have been made in the field of safety. Each charging connection has its own internal residual-current circuit breaker and DC protection. For indoor and outdoor use The mobile charging station from GMTO can be used both indoors and outdoors. Even in the rain, this is no problem at all due to the protection class IP54. Subscription Smart functionality: The subscription costs you have to pay to use the charging station are EUR 2.25 p.m. If you want online insight, you must take out the Business package for 2 connections. Costs EUR 5.50 p.m. It is the perfect tool for optimal control and ease of use. Please note: the charging station comes with a 10 meter cord with a 32 amp plug. Optionally, it is possible to order an adapter from 32A to 16A.
GMTO Connect Pro
Remote programming, coding and automotive diagnosis via unique interface. Only pay for what you use! The GMTO Connect (PRO) is particularly suitable for coding and programming. Think for example of coding and programming of tow bar cable sets or new keys. Via the GMTO Connect interface a remote connection is made with the car, which therefore does not have to leave the workshop. he GMTO Connect PRO differs from the standard Connect by connecting via wifi or wired. Logging in is done directly via a website. This allows you to connect not only via smartphone or tablet, but via any other type of device (PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone). The Connect Pro is powered by the eobd plug, so you will never have to deal with a drained battery of the tablet as with the regular Connect. GMTO EV-Multitester
With the Multi EV multi tester you are able to make important measurements in hybrid and electric vehicles. After de-energizing the vehicle, a check is required by means of a measurement. This measurement ensures that you can work safely on the vehicle. It is therefore important that this is done with measuring equipment that is suitable for this. This meter complies with CAT III 1000V and therefore complies with the NEN9140. It is possible to perform an insulation check or diagnosis on insulation faults measurement. You can compare these measurements with a resistance measurement, but now the meter offers a high voltage: 50V, 100V, 250V. 500V, or 1000V. The voltage you have to choose is equal to or slightly higher than the maximum voltage that prevails in the high voltage section. Due to the possibility to also select 50V and 100V, this EV multi tester is now also suitable for current and future 48V systems and piezo injectors can be checked for insulation errors under load. You can also perform an earth continuity test (also known as potential equalization). During this measurement you perform a resistance measurement using a test current of 200 mA (prescribed by the vehicle manufacturer) and thus you can determine this resistance very accurately and under load. Resolution = 0.001ohm (accuracy of 1 milliohm)
GMTO Safe working on EV | Equipment package
The package consists of the following parts: NEN standardization document NEN 9140:2024 GMTO EV MULTITESTER DUSPOL digital two-pole voltage tester AC 1000V DC 1200V Electrically insulating gloves Barrier: 6 posts with 25 meters of chain High voltage system warning sign Face shield Storage case As you know, the new NEN9140:2024 standard has been introduced. This standard sets specific requirements for safe work on electrically powered vehicles. With the emergence of new electrically powered means of transport and technologies, this entails new risks and that is why the standard has been revised. The new NEN standard prescribes working with new equipment. The GMTO Hybrid equipment package contains all the tools to safely measure and work on Hybrid and EV vehicles and to shield the environment. In addition to the electrically insulating gloves and NEN standardization document NEN 9140, the storage case also contains 6 barrier posts and 25 meters of chain to cordon off the area around the vehicle in question. With the High Voltage System warning sign you make it clear what is happening within the cordoned off zone. It is important to use the correct protective equipment. This is why GMTO has added the face shield in the GMTO EV Equipment package.
