AllParts Jari Techniek is taking the next step in its growth strategy with the acquisition of GEA Automaterialen in Emmen. As of July 1, 2025, this location will officially become part of the expanding AllParts Jari Techniek wholesaler network. With this expansion, the company strengthens its position in the northern Netherlands and reinforces its ambition to better support local garages with high-quality parts, expert advice, and reliable service.
With the acquisition, Jari Techniek adds a fourth branch to its network, alongside its existing locations in Hoogeveen, Assen, and Coevorden. The expansion perfectly aligns with the company’s broader growth strategy, which focuses on regional coverage, customer orientation, and delivery reliability.
Confidence and ambition for the future
Robert Eiting, owner of AllParts Jari Techniek:
“With our expansion to Emmen, we’re increasing accessibility and service for garages in the region. We want to stay close to our customers and deliver what they need, quickly and efficiently. With the support of Nexus Automotive Nederland, which guided us through this process, we can continue to build the future with confidence and ambition.”
Stronger together
Kees Willemsen, Director of Marketing & Sales at Nexus Automotive Nederland:
“As a network, we’re proud of our entrepreneurial members and pleased to build the growth of the AllParts network together. Following the previous acquisition of Ototec Drachten by AllParts Ype Kramer, the acquisition of GEA Automaterialen by AllParts Jari Techniek is another great example of how we continue to grow collectively. Together, we are stronger!”
