As an Account Manager Industry, you are the face of Viba for their customers in the industry. You are responsible for both managing our existing customer base and actively exploring new markets. Your customers are companies in the production and processing of steel, scaffolding builders, offshore companies, interior builders and manufacturers of various B2B and B2C products.

You maintain contact with influencers such as Engineers and of course also the (technical) decision makers who play a crucial role in the purchasing process. With your technical insight and commercial talent, you know how to convince them of the added value of their products and solutions. As a real ‘hunter’, you identify opportunities and convert them into sustainable relationships. In the long term, you can follow the training to EAB (glue specialist) and/or EAS (glue specialist), so that you can further expand your expertise.

Na een uitgebreid inwerk- en train de trainer traject, ga je zelfstandig trainingen verzorgen door Nederland en België. Naast het geven van trainingen werk je ook mee aan de ontwikkeling van trainingen. Dit doe je samen met het projectteam voor de ontwikkeling van opleidingen.

Als GMTO trainer ben je breed onderlegd en heeft het de voorkeur om op zoveel mogelijk onderwerpen te trainen.
Ook ondersteun je de technisch specialisten vanuit jouw expertise als sparringpartner tijdens het oplossen van complexe storingen.
Vaardigheden:
Je beschikt over goede praktijkkennis van moderne voertuigsystemen, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en beheers je de Engelse taal.

Functie vereisten:
MTS/HTS Autotechniek
Een goede drive, wens om meer te leren.
Goede kennis van auto elektronica en mechanica.
Werkplaats ervaring is een pré
Ervaring met MS Office producten

You are a source of information for our customers, whether it concerns deregistering a car with the RDW, exporting a car abroad or you help the customer with good advice on how to best advertise their used cars. We are also a source of information for both the customer and our account managers.

Je bent in deze uitdagende en veelzijdige functie voornamelijk bezig met het afleveren, certificeren en onderhoud van elektronische APK meet apparatuur bij garagebedrijven door heel Nederland. Vanaf huis rijd jij dagelijks het land in om de planning, die voor je is gemaakt door onze binnendienst, af te werken. Maar omdat wij heel service gericht zijn kan het maar zo zijn dat je halverwege je rit toch van je route af moet wijken.

As a Technical Specialist Adhesives, you are the expert in the field of adhesive solutions for customers in the Benelux and you work together with your team to advise and support customers with their specific adhesive applications.

You offer expert advice on various high-quality adhesives, such as two-component adhesives, flexible adhesives, instant adhesives, UV adhesives and bonding agents. In doing so, you analyse complex issues in which factors such as materials, temperatures, humidity and environmental conditions play an important role. For customised advice, you use our advanced test facilities, including a tensile testing machine and climate chamber.

You also maintain contact with international suppliers to realise customer-specific solutions. Within the team, you are also an indispensable source of knowledge; you transfer your expertise to colleagues so that they can serve customers even better. To keep your professional knowledge up to date.

Je werkt nauw samen in een team, waarbij de service naar de klant centraal staat. Als 1e lijn helpdeskmedewerker ben je de voordeur in onze serviceorganisatie, en heb je veel klantcontact. Na een uitgebreid inwerk- en opleidingstraject, ga je aan de slag in samenwerking met de technische ondersteuningspool en filter je alle binnenkomende hulpaanvragen van directe en indirecte klanten van GMTO met technische problemen aan voertuigen en voertuig elektronica (12V en/of 24V). Eenvoudige cases pak je zelf op, complexe diagnose cases zet je door naar de technisch specialisten.
Je communiceert met de klanten op een professionele manier en je registreert de cases in de database.
De functie is veelzijdig en afwisselend. Naast het werk aan de telefoon loop je mee in de werkplaats waar storingen vanuit heel Nederland worden opgelost.

Je werkt nauw samen in een team, waarbij de service naar de klant centraal staat.

Via het remote platform neem je de auto via internet over en voer je online coderingen en programmeringen uit aan voertuigen die bij onze professionele klanten in de werkplaats staan. Dit kan gaan van het inleren van een trekhaakmodule tot complexere diagnoses.

Je communiceert met de klanten op een professionele manier en bent in staat om gebruikersproblemen zelfstandig op te lossen. Bij complexe storingen stel je de juiste vragen, registreer je het probleem in de database, werk je in een stappenplan naar een oplossing en voorzie je de klant van informatie en documentatie.

Na een uitgebreid inwerk- en train de trainer traject, ga je zelfstandig trainingen verzorgen in België (eventueel ook Nederland). Naast het geven van trainingen werk je ook mee aan de ontwikkeling van trainingen. Dit doe je door voertuigen te ‘reverse engineeren’ en te meten, in samenwerking met het projectteam voor de ontwikkeling van opleidingen.

Als GMTO trainer ben je breed onderlegd en heeft het de voorkeur om op zoveel mogelijk onderwerpen te trainen.
Ook ondersteun je de technisch specialisten vanuit jouw expertise als sparringpartner tijdens het oplossen van complexe storingen.
