Humidity-free filling and storage: A/C compressor oils and UV dyes
Special cans featuring our professional oil system have been successfully used on WAECO ASC service units for many years. The patented, vapour-tight containers are now also available to customers who do not have a WAECO A/C service unit. By using the new professional oil system with 150 ml cans as well as the matching adapters, the most commonly used third-party service units can now also be equipped with the humidity-free storage system. This is an effective method to keep moisture out of the A/C system and prevent subsequent damage and customer complaints.

WAECO ASC 7.3
The new ASC units of the 7-series come in a modern black design. A new characteristic is the “all-in-view” display, which features digital pressure gauges. Smart: an integrated status bar shows the progress of the process. Another new feature is the expansion to 4 ports for compressor oils and/or UV additives. This eliminates the need to constantly connect and disconnect the cans in the workshop. The option of WiFi connection, which was previously possible via an additional device, is now directly integrated in the 7 series. Like the 6000 series models, the 7 series models are also certified for four refrigerants (R1234yf, R134a, R456A, R513A). Please also order the required connection kit!

NEW! WAECO ASC 7.744 for cars with CO2-driven A/C
WAECO expands its current series 7 with two new service units designed specifically for the refrigerant R744 (CO₂): the WAECO ASC 7.744 for passenger cars and the WAECO ASC 7.744 L for buses and other large vehicles. Both models will be officially introduced as a preview to industry professionals at Autoprof in Gorinchem. Market launch is planned for the end of the first quarter of 2026. The introduction comes at a time when CO₂ air conditioning systems are increasingly being used in modern vehicles. For workshops, early investment in suitable service equipment means gaining a competitive advantage and being well prepared for future requirements. The new ASC 7.744 responds to the growing importance of CO₂ systems and to the demands of vehicle manufacturers. Key features include a fully automatic service process with vacuum check and leak detection agent charging, high-precision oil and UV dosing as well as used oil draining with ±1 g accuracy, and a patented fresh oil and UV additive supply system. A heated filling cylinder enables fast charging, even during operation. The units feature a large 11.2-inch swiveling touch display, an integrated printer for complete documentation, and a hybrid flushing function (standard on ASC 7.744 L, optional on ASC 7.744). Additional highlights include an integrated CO₂ sensor for monitoring ambient air, robust service hoses (3.5 m for ASC 7.744, 5 m for ASC 7.744 L), patented WAECO couplers with venting, a filling cylinder capacity of up to 50 kg, and an included heating band. A second heating band can be connected optionally on the ASC 7.744 L.

WAECO PolyreactGuard S
The WAECO PolyreactGuard S is designed to protect professional A/C service units from contamination that can occur during refrigerant recovery. In daily workshop operations, extracted refrigerant may contain sealants or other impurities that can form polymers. These substances can severely damage internal lines and components, potentially leading to costly repairs or complete equipment failure. Installed between the vehicle and the A/C service unit, the PolyreactGuard S heats and filters the extracted refrigerant before it enters the machine. This process ensures that harmful contaminants and sealants are reliably separated, allowing only clean refrigerant to be recovered into the service unit. With a filtration efficiency of up to 99.99% refrigerant purity, the PolyreactGuard S significantly reduces the risk of internal contamination. The unit is suitable for refrigerant charges of up to 1,500 g and is supplied with a mounting bracket that enables secure attachment to the vehicle bonnet, enhancing user safety during service work. By protecting sensitive internal components, the PolyreactGuard S helps extend the service life of A/C equipment, reduce downtime, and preserve the value of the investment. Key features and benefits: Filters polymer-forming contaminants before they enter the A/C service unit Reliably separates sealants from extracted refrigerant Integrated heating and filtration of refrigerant Ensures up to 99.99% refrigerant purity Maximum refrigerant charge: 1,500 g Includes mounting bracket for safe and stable installation The WAECO PolyreactGuard S is an effective safeguard for professional workshops seeking long-term reliability and protection for their A/C service units.

WAECO PolyreactGuard S
The WAECO Polyreact Guard S is the first intelligent filter to actively trigger and visibly detect polymerization in contaminated R1234yf, filtering harmful substances bebore they reach the A/C service unit and preventing irreversible damage.
