Event Services - Practical Information
To make your participation at Auto Prof as “easy” as possible, we will provide you with information about the build-up and build-off, logistics, exhibitor reception, and additional orders.
Set up and dismantling days
Auto Prof is taking place at the event hall in Gorinchem on April 19, 20 and 21, 2022.
Delivering large equipment
By appointment with Estelle Verschoor the delivery of machines and large equipment is possible.
Set up days for exhibitors
- Saturday January 28, 2022 from 08:00 until 17:00 o’clock
- Monday January 30, 2022 from 08:00 until 17:00 o’clock
- Thursday February 2, 2023 from 22:00 until 00:00 o’clock
- Friday February 3, 2023 from 07:00 to 12:00 o’clock
Forklift services
Do you need a forklift? You can order one by Wendy Steenhuizen-Lubbers. You have to be present during the delivery of material at your stand.
Logistics during the set up and dismantling days
Route for build-up and build-off traffic.
- Take the exit Gorinchem-Oost
- Follow P2 to the event hall
- At the traffic lights, drive straight on to Spijksesteeg
- After the traffic lights take the first road left
- Follow this road to arrive at the place of destination
You can load and unload at:
- Loading door 1
- Loading door 3
- Loading door 4
Exhibitor reception
The exhibitor reception is placed on the side of the event hall Gorinchem. This separate entrance is especially for you and gives the following opportunities and benefits:
- Entrance is only available for exhibitors.
- You can get your personal Touch & Collect reader here (EasyGo).
- Exhibitor badges, parking tickets, dinner vouchers, and potentially ordered WI-FI packages can be collected.
- Did you forget anything? At the exhibitor reception you can place additional orders.
- Small carts and bale trucks can enter here as well (this is not allowed at the main entrance)
Badges, parking tickets and parking
Badges stand personnel
The badges are necessary to enter the exhibition. You can register your stand personnel beforehand at My Easyfairs. With the printed barcode you can get your badges from January 30, 2023 at the exhibitor reception. By registering beforehand you will prevent waiting lines when picking up these badges.
Parking / Parking tickets (exit tickets)
Parking tickets that are ordered beforehand or parking tickets that are included in your package can be picked up from January 30, 2023 at the exhibitor reception. Extra parking tickets can be ordered via the webshop in My Easyfairs or on site via a parking machine.
Additional orders
You can still order additional items via the webshop on My Easyfairs until January 21, 2023.
Extra furniture, spots, electricity, and such can still be ordered during the build-up days. Keep in mind that not all the items will be available or in stock. To prevent disappointment we advise you to order your items before January 21, 2023 via the webshop.
Electricity
There is no standard electricity included in your participation.
If you ordered electricity, we gladly point out the following:
- The lighting, which is included in your participation, will be on and will be connected to a separate electricity connection.
- With 230V connections there will be one power point available. You need to bring your own extension cords and power strips, when you need multiple terminals.
- With 400V connections there will be one CEE power plug available. If necessary, you need to bring your own distribution box. Possible 400V connections that are available are 32A, 63A, and 125A (limited amount available, only on request).
Printing
If you ordered any printing, we would like to point out that printed panels, seamless prints, and banners can be taken with you after the exhibition. Please inform us if you want to take the printing home with you, so we can dissemble this for you after the exhibition. Printing that is still present in the stand after February 11, 2022, it will be considered as garbage.
Storage/Packaging
If you ordered storage space, you will need to fill in the packaging form, which can be done at the exhibitor reception.
Internet
WI-FI
To make the WI-FI network function as good as possible, we ask you to only use the WI-FI connection to check your mail and for normal internet traffic. The connection is not suited for live streaming, VPN connections, or downloading of big data. It is not allowed to establish your own wireless network from the exhibitor network; this disturbs the reception of the WIFI.
The free wireless network is EVH_Open.
If your participation depends on a good internet connection, we advise you to order wired internet or a WI-FI package.

We are not authorised to sign and take packages of exhibitors that are delivered. That is why we advise you to send the packages to your own postal address.
