During your participation, you can use the catering on various places on the exhibition floor together with your relations.
Parking
Free parking spaces for you and your relations. When it is busy during the trade show, it is possible that the parking spots around the Evenementenhal are full. In that case, you will be directed to the Lingebos from the highway, where you can park your car at the same rate. A shuttle bus will take you to Evenementenhal, free of charge.
Complete stands
Do you use the stand construction of Easyfairs? Then you will receive a completely assembled, finished and cleaned stand unit: floor space, walls, frieze with name mentioning, lighting by duospots and floor coverings.
Promotion service
Prior to your participation, we offer you various means to promote your participation to ensure that you meet the right target group during the trade show.
Free Invitation Service
65% of the visitors come through the Easyfairs Invitation Service. You save all the time and (layout and printing) costs you would normally spend on such an invitation card! We will state your company name in the invitation card. This makes it clear to your customer that you invite him / her personally.
