It is of importance to promote your participation prior to the trade show. Together with you as an exhibitor, we strive for an exhibition floor full of qualitative visitors! In order to make the trade show known through all possible channels, we offer you various tools to promote your participation and make it even more successful!

Marketing materials

You can use this marketing material on the various marketing expressions through various channels that you have planned before the trade show (both in print and digitally). This way you will ensure that your participation is known by the largest possible target group.

Promotion package

In addition to the digital promotional tools, you will receive a promotional package via post, containing invitation cards. With these cards, you can once again draw your relations’ attention to your participation mor invite them for a visit to the trade show.

Mention that visitors can request free e-tickets via your personal registration link. You will find the registration link in My Easyfairs (heading ‘Invitation’ in ‘Invite your clients & prospects), when the registration portal is open to visitors! You can place the link to the registration portal directly behind your email signature or banners on your website to make it even easier for potential visitors to request a ticket.
